80 stall-holders selling off diverse items

The concept of the 'outlet' shop where last season's or excess stock is sold off at cheap prices is growing in Ibiza. It's a struggle against the odds in the retail heaven that the island is, with even the timing of the sales in the shops regulated by the authorities.

Well, next weekend a little bit of heaven comes to Ibiza with the 4th Stocks Fair of Ibiza and Formentera taking place at the town's Recinto Ferial exhibition hall. There'll be around 80 stall-holders selling off diverse items from clothes to furniture and IT equipment to ceramics.

The fair has a Le Mans start for shoppers at 18.00 on 25th and is then open from 11.00 to 20.00 on Saturday and Sunday the 26th and 27th.
