Continuing our round up of Christmas activities on the island here's the programme for San Jose which is spread across its 4 main areas of population, San Jose itself, San Agustin, San Jorge and Cala de Bou. We've picked out the events which will appeal to both Catalan and non Catalan speakers.

18 Dec, 22.30, San Jose – 80's party with DJ Pharma (prize for the best 80's gear)

18 Dec, 18.30, San Agustin – Christmas concert and market

19 Dec, 20.00, San Agustin – Christmas concert with 4 choirs

20 Dec, 10.00, San Jose football ground – Fun Run

20 Dec, 20.00, San Jorge – Country Festival and dancing

20 Dec, 19.00, San Agustin – Wine tasting and competition

22 Dec, 20.00, San Jose – Christmas concert

25 Dec, 23.59, San Jorge – Midnight mass followed by Can Raia Rock and the the Bluesmafia big band

26 Dec, 22.00, San Jose – Rock with d'Aires Formenterics, Ses Sopris and Pota Lait

27 Dec, 14.00, San Agustin – BBQ for all followed at 20.00 by a country festival and dancing

27 Dec, 19.00, Cala de Bou – nativity play

29 Dec, 21.00, San Jose – Heavy rock with Messor, The Truth and Tales of Gloom

31 Dec/01 Jan, 00.30, San Jose – NYE with live band Spirit playing all our favourites.

As usual, special marquees have been erected to hold the events in the centre of the towns and an all night bus service will run throughout the borough to Ibiza town on Christmas eve and New Year's Eve.
