300 racing yachts of different classes
Next year's Ruta de la Sal race from Barcelona and Denia to Ibiza will have some important changes. For the first time it will finish, not in Ibiza harbour, but on the other side of the island in San Antonio.
Ibiza's port facilities will be having a complete
overhaul to remodel and modernise them, so the logical choice for a splendid finish to the race was San Antonio which is currently undergoing a similar process. All the most important parts of the
work will have been completed by next Easter, when the race traditionally takes place, and the entrance of around 300 racing yachts of different classes will be part of the official opening ceremony
of the new facilities.
