Did you know that the new Seat Ibiza FR can accelerate from 0 to 100 in 8.4 seconds. Ibiza airport on the other hand is considerably slower. This weekend passenger numbers will increase from 0 to 110,000 in around 6 days.

It's the official start of the holiday season, Thursday is a public holiday in Spain and many of the charter and budget flights from Britain and Europe start this weekend.

823 flights will be arriving over the period, with the big day being Saturday when almost 27,000 people will flood through the airport's pearly gates. Remember, if you are hiring an Ibiza FR, take it easy through the roadworks just outside the airport while they finish widening the road.
