STOP in the name of the law

Ibiza cops collared two naughty British boys at dawn this week all thanks to modern technology. An alert security guard notified the authorities that he had seen two young men breaking a roadside STOP sign in Playa d’en Bossa.

When the police arrived at the scene the two men denied all knowledge of the misdemeanour (as you would). However the police noticed that one of them was particularly nervous about his mobile phone.

A quick search of the phone’s archive revealed a whole raft of photos of the Brits in action destroying the road sign. The photographic evidence, taken as a souvenir of their misdeeds (like you do), was sufficient proof to convict them.

Thus far their actions have cost them €600 each in fines and they still have to pay for the sign to be repaired!
