Ibiza's always been a favourite holiday destination for the gay community. Visitors need only take a stroll down Ibiza town's Calle de la Virgen to see how important the pink pound is to the island - gay bars, gay restaurants, gay shops, and lots of men with moustaches!

Since the legalisation of gay marriages in various countries around the world the gay honeymoon has quite naturally followed. One of the prime destinations for same-sex honeymoon couples is Ibiza, not only because of the aforementioned gay scene, but also because of its charming hotels, rural tourism and luxury establishments.

One Spanish travel company, Rainbow Viajes, says that the largely unknown but marvellous hidden corners of Ibiza, meet all the requirements for a perfect honeymoon. Sounds like it's worth getting married for!
