the fair raised over €60,000

Over 4000 people attended the big fair held in Ibiza's exhibition hall to raise funds for the Ibiza and Formentera Association against Cancer. A great social occasion and fun for young and old, the fair lasted all day and featured some of the island's top entertainers giving their services for free, displays by the local dance schools, dog shows and the ever popular auction of items donated by local businesses and hotels.

With bars, cafes, Cava and smoked salmon on hand together with plenty of fairground style stalls with the opportunity to win some great prizes, there was a wonderful atmosphere all day as people enjoyed themselves. In total the fair raised over €60,000, a fact which didn't surprise Association President Pepe Colomar who said that the cash box weighed over 20 kilos! Well done everybody.
