Ibiza belongs to a select group of cities in Spain which have been denominated 'Patrimonio de Humanidad' or World Heritage cities. Representatives of each city met this week in Santiago de Compostela to put into action a unified plan for tourism, including a visual and gastronomic guide with the different typical dishes of the various cities. Not only will the material be used in all of the travel trade fairs coming up in the near future, but also as a means of promoting 'cultural tourism' by national organisation TurespaƱa.
