It has been revealed that when the classification of the land at the Ses Variades (Sunset Strip) area of San Antonio was changed to enable the urbanisation of the area, it was not the only land affected.

It appears that the Cap Blanc area, along the coast from the town, where the aquarium is situated, now has permission to execute a project to house 382 people.

Oddly, this news comes in the same week when the construction industry is complaining that stringent new building regulations have decreased massively the number of orders for new works for next year.
