It doesn't come as much of a surprise that many visitors to Spain think that smoking is obligatory! Everybody's at it - in bars, restaurants, in the street, even in the supermarket - it's so difficult for me to give up passive smoking! In an astonishing move, addicts of this antisocial habit will be unable to indulge in a sly puff in any of the island's medical institutions whilst waiting for treatment for pulmonary ailments. As from now, smoking is banned in all health centres and hospitals where leaflets are available which point out a possible link between smoking and bad health!
