Here in our office we scan the local papers every day searching for interesting items to pass on to you, but sometimes we just can't find any! Here are some examples of stories that made the news this average Ibiza winter weekend. The fire brigade were called out three times on the SAME DAY to extinguish small fires in Ibiza, Santa Eulalia, and San Rafael. Four cars were involved in a minor shunt (described as spectacular) on a roundabout near Ibiza town when one of them stopped suddenly and the others didn't. A giant red bow which had been placed on the Hospital building for World Aids day was blown off when it was hit by a sudden gust of wind. Phew, I need a lie down now.
