Location
The Mar i Vent Apartments are just metres from San Antonio's super famous 'Sunset
Strip' with bars like Savannah and Cafe del Mar quite literally on the doorstep.
This prestigious address is also close enough to the both beaches and the centre of San Antonio itself
with a wide choice of bars, clubs, shops and restaurants. If you fancy a trip
out on a boat or by bus to some of the nearby beaches there's lots of choice
and there's plenty of opportunity for water-sports too.
Accommodation
There's a wide choice of accommodation in the Mar i Vent to cater for different
groups; 12 apartments with 2 double bedrooms for 4 to 5 people, 18 apartments
with a double and single bedroom for 3 to 4 people, 18 1 double bedroom apartments
for 2 to 3 people, and 12 studios for 2 to 3 people. A sofa bed or beds in the
lounge provide the extra sleeping space. The apartments all have a cooker, fridge,
balcony and complete bathroom and strong boxes are available for hire.
Facilities
The apartments have recently been renovated from top to bottom and have 24/7
reception for guests' convenience. You'll find everything you need for your sunshine
holiday here, a nice pool area with loungers, a snack bar, games room with pool
tables, and a small supermarket so you can stock up on healthy snacks and fruit
juice throughout the day.
Clientele
There's no doubt that the Mar i Vent Apartments are just THE perfect place for
the young set in the height of the season when all the bars and clubs are open.
The choice of accommodation certainly gives flexibility for groups of friends
wishing to travel together. In May and October the whole area is less hectic
and would suit families and friends in search of an economically priced holiday
in a resort that really does have something for everybody.

Apartment and Complex Facilities
Surrounding Area:
these apts are perfectly located loss than a minutes walk from the sunset strip cafe del mar and cafe mambo etc. Also less than a 5 minute walk from the west end. The pool is a bit small but it does the job. We had a 2 bedroom apt the apt was pretty big had two individual bedrooms one with 2 single beds and one with just a single, there was a separate living area with a couch kitchen and another bed also. Our balcony looked out on the sunset strip so that was a nice added extra. All in all this apts were great especially for the money you pay. I would definitely go back to these apts

Its all fairly basic at Mar I Vent but not bad at all for what we paid for it. The staff can be abit abrupt but as long as you're polite to them, they're polite to you. Its quite a noisey hotel but then we expected that anyway. Rooms are tidyish, quite spacious, just a shame we had to pay extra for the air con (10 Euros for 24 hours). But the best thing of all is the location, literally 1 mins walk from the Sunset Strip and only another 10 mins walk to the West End area.

Really enjoyed our holiday spent 11 nights in the Mar i Vent, during our stay there was a lot of younger people however it was the older ones that tended to make a noise banging there doors shut etc when coming into the apartments in the middle of the night. Were not drinkers so perhaps if we were we wouldnt have noticed the noise as much though It wouldnt put us off using these apartments again as it is in the perfect location as only few yards from the front. Staff are very nice and friendly, rooms are spacious.
