Fine flavours draw on Ibiza culinary Origens at ME Ibiza Hotel

"21st Century traditional cooking" prepared by top local Ibiza chef.

The stylish ME Ibiza Hotel teams up with renowned Ibizan chef José Miguel Bonet to present Origens, two pop-up restaurant dates you won't want to miss on 10 July and 7 August this year.

Taking place on the hotel's sumptuous rooftop restaurant Radio ME, you can enjoy Bonet's ultra-modern take on traditional local dishes.

As head chef and co-owner family-run restaurant, the highly-renowned Es Ventall, Bonet has a rich back catalogue of local culinary knowledge, passed down over the forty years of the restaurant's existence.
