For those looking for a true natural high, Take Off Ibiza also gives pleasure-seekers the chance to parasail amidst the stunning beauty of the San Antonio Bay. Gliding at heights of up to 400 metres you are offered the ability take in mountains, the rich honeyed rock of the coast – all with that heart-in-the-mouth experience of adrenaline pumping through your body.
If feeling the spray of the waves on your body is on the agenda, then getting on board on one of the company's jet skis is another exhilarating way to get your heart beating faster. There are many options: 30 minute beginners' trips, with instructors; tours to the majestic Es Vedrá and Islas Margaritas; or, if you have your own jet ski licence, you can hire jet skis for a full or half-day access-all-areas experience.
Water toys, like the Seabob, a kind of underwater scooter, give an even more direct experience of the sea, allowing you to move fishlike through the water. You can go close to the surface or dive down fast through the water like a sailfish. The Bladefish Seajet gives you a similar experience but at lower velocity for underwater exploration.
Speed and stunt enthusiasts are welcomed to try out the Jet Boat 360°, which the firm reckons to be unequalled on the island for water stunts: 360- and 180-degree spins, high-speed cruising, wave jumping and power break stops all come in this multi-sensory voyage.
