Talamanca, Ibiza 
The small resort of Talamanca is as popular with local people as visitors from abroad because of its relaxed atmosphere, excellent cafes and restaurants and the fine sandy beach on which this chic hostel is located. A stroll away, the Marina Botafoch is home to upmarket bars, restaurants, shops and sleek sea craft. Ibiza town's bright lights can be reached easily on the water taxi, which plies back and forth all day and into the night.
The Talamanca Hostel runs along the curve of the beach so half its rooms are sea facing with balconies overlooking the calm waters of the Mediterranean. All the rooms have air-conditioning, Sat TV, phone and Wi-Fi and for a little extra touch of luxury, there are two suites for 4 people, which have a terrace leading directly onto the beach.
Staying at the Talamanca Hostel is a low-key affair. There's no noisy pool or organised games but there is the buzz of the beach in the daytime and happy lunchtime chatter on the restaurant terrace in the heat of the day. In the evenings after dinner, the romantically illuminated beach and terrace is host to special events; tango evenings, live music, beach entertainment and twice a week the traditional sardine Barbecue – almost an island institution – hosted by chef Archi.
The Hostel attracts an urbane crowd, like-minded people who enjoy relaxing holidays by the beach with an excellent choice of eating and entertainment options, whether in house or nearby. Friends and older family groups who want to enjoy the best that Ibiza offers will love the Talamanca Hostel.

Spend 4 nights here in August and had a absolute great time. The location of this Hostel is soo perfect, right smack on the beach. Talamanca Beach is a little paradise bay not too far away from Ibiza city. This way you have all you need, not too far away from clubs but also some peace and quieteness during the day. The hostel staff was incredible friendly and service oriented. With it also comes a lounge bar, terrace and restaurant that all serve good drinks and food. Nearby there is a great Italian place on the beach where they also serve on the beach, great.
All in all definatly a place I would go back again.

The staff was helpful and changed our room to one further away from the restaurant which can be noisy until closing at 1 pm. The location was excellent with direct access to the beach. Very good selection for breakfast.

Breakfast was was let down by coffee, tea and juice from a vending machine. Hopefully this is not the case in high season.
Room was at the back and some noisy building work was taking place on one of the days.
I would return to the hostal.
