Just a little along the east coast from the larger resort of Santa Eulalia is Es Cana the home of the famous Hippy market. With a pretty sandy beach and a wealth of good restaurants and fun bars you may never want to leave...but if you do then head out to the wonderful beaches of Cala Nova and Cala Martina, the white washed village of San Carlos or take a 'train' ride to Santa Eulalia.

stayed at blancoynegro apartments for two wee ks last october rooms were kept clean and we had a lovely sea view the staff could not have been more helpful the only downside being having to pay for sun beds and no telivision in room will definetly be back next year alan & sylvia

El Cortijo Apartments 9 Star

Appartment decent size with 2 ring hob & microwave oven , fridge, kettle & toaster and enough pots, pans & plates etc in kitchen area. Good size bedroom with plenty storage space. Sitting / dining area spacious with balcony at side of building which was shaded by the large pine trees. Nice pool area at back of the property with plenty of sunbeds. Good service and food in the adjacent Nags Head Pub which had Sky Sports for all sporting events. Reception & shop open from 9am til 2pm with limited selection. Quite location yet only a short stroll to main area of Es Cana for varied selection of shops,bars,restaurants, bus stop and ferry jetty. Local beach within 5 minute walk and Cala Nova beach about 15-20 minutes away. Plenty to do & see for all ages.

IN A LOVLEY LOCATION HAD GREAT VEIWS OF THE SEA DIDNT CARE MUCH FOR THE MUSIC PLAYING ON A WEDNESDAY THUMPING DISCO ALL DAY DONT KNOW WHY THIS WAS AS WE HAVE BEEN BEFORE AND WASNT THERE SO HOPE IT IS NOT A PERMENT THING
