In a quiet location and close to all amenities

Close to the small sandy cove of Calo des Moro and some of San Antonio's famous 'sunset bars' the Gran Sol is perfectly placed for a sunshine break.

Only minutes' stroll away are the bright lights of the town centre, the harbour or the lovely beaches of Cala Gracio and Cala Gracioneta.

In your room you'll find modern furnishings and the all important air-conditioning! A hair-dryer, Satellite TV and safety deposit box are the other of life's necessities provided free whilst a mini-fridge, kettle and iron are optional extras.

The pool with its spacious sun terrace and big lawned area is just so inviting when the hot sun beats down.

Just follow our golden rules – lie, turn over, lie, dip, lie, turn over – several times and then order a drink and a snack from your friendly waiter.

The bar's open all day every day!

If you fancy a night away from the bars in Sunset City, the Gran Sol bar has live music once or twice a week for your entertainment.

July and August sees a younger crowd in the hotel but in other months this family run hotel's comfort, facilities and quiet location attract couples and older holidaymakers.

This was our first stay in Ibiza so I was not too sure what to expect from the hotels - especially in San Antonio..but was pleasantly surprised by the Gran Sol hotel! Friendly staff, good buffet style meals, reasonably priced drinks and cozy rooms with great views & air con! The hotel is located a short walk from all the buzzing night life, bars and the sea, but detached enough for those poeple looking to just relax and enjoy hotel amenities (the pool was great and there is a private sun bathing area). The only thing I would have liked, is WIFI internet to be available in the rooms. There is reception in the hotel lobby, but it would have been great to have in the rooms themselves. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - would recommend Gran Sol to my friends!

Having stayed in calo de moro several times our stay at the gran sol was very enjoyable. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need, air con, fridge, t.v, hairdryer. The staff are effecient and friendly and always willing to help. The food is good and there is a varied choice for breaksfast. The pool area is clean and relaxed. Thanks Ibiza Spotlight for the ease of booking and a stress free holiday from arriving at the airport until leaving.

this year was my second stay at Gran Sol. Great location for Sunset Strip, but the right side of town to be away from the west end crowd. Rooms are clean, bathroom decent working air-con. Not many hotels in San An can rival the Gran Sol for quality and value for money.
