Loft-style living in 50 sq meters of space that leads out to a private 30 sq metre terrace - perfect for relaxation. Both blend beautifully together; inside are bamboo walls and Portuguese marble floors whilst outside the Jacuzzi, low level furniture and two sumptuous chaise-longues take outdoor living to new heights.

The style impact is evident elsewhere; modern bathrooms with a whirlpool bath, separate shower offering massage options, premium brand complimentary toiletries, high tech air conditioning and heating, broadband internet access and a well stocked mini bar.

I'm not sure on what scale the 5 stars are awarded but by any recognisable standard this hotel falls well short from my experience.
Pubic hairs on the floor in the toilet, which has no hand washing facility (unless you want to use the bidet) as the sinks are in the main bedroom, therefore not hygienic. "Loft living" means your bath is in the bedroom. The bath was also dirty and marked.
No towelling robes (I've never stayed in a 4 star hotel without them let alone 5)
Pool staff limited and therefore delays in getting even a bottle of water.
Hotels website states "luxury bathroom with exceptional amenities". As stated above there is no bathroom as the bath is in the bedroom. The shower room was adequate.
The beds were very soft and two singles pushed together despite requesting a king.
Breakfast ordered for 0930-0945, arrived at 0910, again not the service expected from a hotel that claims to be 5 star.
One of the bed sheets had a hole in it and the headrest had a cigarette burn.
TV channels very limited
Food was of good quality and quantity.
Overall a very disappointing and expensive 50th birthday present for my wife, we boked 2 nights and ...
