Beautiful hotel although being new seems there are some teething problems as the service was poor. The people were friendly but had few disasters, room service ordered was wrong on 3 occasions, air con in room broken took 5 calls to reception and a visit to get someone to look at it. The staff were very polite but there was little urgency. After moving rooms there was no follow up call to see if things were ok which is the sort of thing you expect at a 5 star hotel. Unsure whether to recommend it or not really as was so good and so bad.
