Small and friendly, its 38 rooms each have a balcony and full bathroom and can accommodate up to 3 people. Some of the rooms offer a beautiful sea view.
With the beach almost on the doorstep, guests will be delighted to hear that reception will organise boat trips for fishing or swimming, scuba diving, sailing or surfing activities. The port of La Savina and capital San Francisco can be reached by bus from the stop only 200 m from the Sol i Mar.

I loved this place and will certainly return. Basic (ie no aircon or telly - hurrah) but clean and quiet in a perfect location on the beach, with a cool little restaurant next door and 5 mins walk along the beach to Gecko. Free wifi in reception, the half board food is surprisingly good, and there is a small supermarket at the top of the road. Ignore the Formotor car/bike hire place - they let us down badly - and use either of the other two. I'll be back!
