This is a short email to thank all the team at Ibiza Spotlight for your help and co-operation with our booking and subsequent holiday at the (Hotel).
You may be aware that I made several changes to the room bookings and all were dealt with by return and without any problem whatsoever. (At one point my husband suggested that I had changed our accommodation details so much that I must be on first name terms with you!).
We have just returned from our holiday and as usual, we had a wonderful time. We were slightly apprehensive booking with yourselves, as in previous years we have always used a travel agent. Never again - your service is first class and we fully intend to book the same hotel through you, for next year - when are you taking bookings for 2007 ? Can you recommend any airlines to book the flights with?

I would just like to say thank you, for the efficient way in which you dealt with my query regarding my internet booking using Benidorm Spotlight.
This is the first time we have arranged a holiday using the internet to book hotels, flights, transport etc, so you must appreciate why we are a little nervous.

I have been travelling to your beautiful Island for more than 20 years now. My children thought and now treat Ibiza as their second home. They are even going there with their own children now.

We also booked the Benidorm Palace through Benidorm Spotlight and had a great night out, this is a fantastic show which you should make a point of seeing, if you do the top menu it's worth every penny. Benidorm Spotlight made sure we had a good week away and I would book through them again, no problem.

We got a bargain through Spotlight to stay at the Albir Playa for 3 nights over Xmas. We really enjoyed our little break, we have stayed there before but only on bed and breakfast basis, this time we had evening meal also. The food was excellent, there couldn't have been more to choose from, the restaurant staff were efficient as were the reception staff. The hotel is in a good position - all in all very good.
