You may cancel some tickets purchased directly through Ibiza Spotlight (whose name will appear on your credit card statement) free of charge, for any reason, and at any time up to 1 day before the event, and you'll receive a full refund of the ticket price. Any exceptions to this are clearly marked in your basket and order confirmation. Cancelling is really easy and only takes a minute from My orders.

For some venues you must purchase cancellation insurance if you want to be able to cancel your tickets. These are clearly marked in your basket and order confirmation. Cancellation insurance enables you to cancel for any reason, and at any time up to 1 day before the event - and receive a full refund of the ticket price (the cost of the insurance is non-refundable).

There can be no refunds under any circumstances after the event has taken place.

Unfortunately we are unable to answer general clubbing enquiries, such as when the clubs open, what to wear, how much do things cost, etc. As you may imagine, we receive many such enquiries and simply do not have the time to answer.
