New for Summer 2008 - Most of the apartments have been extensively renovated and some have air-conditioning for which there is a supplement payable locally.

Do you dream of being steps away from the Mediterranean with bars and restaurants nearby? Then the well-established Blanco y Negro apartments could be for you.

Personally run by the Hayes family, they form part of the well-known Zodiac complex that encompasses a bakery, supermarket and restaurants.

The main beach of the resort is a couple of minutes walk away and the little harbour, with plenty of boat excursions, is even closer. The famous Hippy Market of Es Cana, held every Wednesday, is 10-minute walk away.

There are one-bed apartments (3 adults, 1 child) on the 1 st floor and two-bed apartments (5 adults, 1 child) on the ground floor. Choose from a standard (no sea view), ordinary (with sea view) or a superior 1-bed apartment (sea view). All have a comfortable lounge area with sofa beds, a well-equipped kitchen, phone, fans for the hotter months, and a full bathroom (two in the 2-bedroom apts.). They all have a spacious terrace or balcony – your own personal outside space to relax in.

The huge Olympic sized swimming pool is situated just across the road, on the edge of the rocky sea coast and surrounded by a spacious terrace with plenty of loungers and fantastic views. The children are well catered for with their own pool and play area.

The pool cafe bar keeps you going throughout the day with snacks and cooling drinks. At other times the dining options are many, as the complex has 3 restaurants and, for those sundowners whilst taking in the vista, a cocktail bar.

The Blanco y Negro apartments will appeal to couples and families wanting personable, economic accommodation close to the beach and right in the heart of this small family friendly resort. Unfortunately bookings can not be accepted from all female or all male groups of 3 or more sharing the same apartment.

Es Cana has everything a holiday resort should have, a sweep of safe sandy beach, a small picturesque harbour, a good number of restaurants & cafes and a smattering of entertainment bars. It’s also close to the larger resort of Santa Eulalia with a beautiful Marina and plenty of shops.
