Size: 320 metres long, 5-50 metres wide

Large expanse of lovely soft sandy beach backed by rocky cliffs. Very popular with Spanish and Italian families that holiday in the nearby 'club' complex. Beautifully shallow waters, perfect for children, and views over to Tago Mago a privately owned island. Good watersports and beach amenities.

Facilities: Two restaurants on either side of the entrance to the beach.

Getting there: Reached by car or bus, follow signposts from San Carlos. Good parking close to beach

Anita's 'hippy' bar in San Carlos is the perfect end to a hard(!) day at the beach, and lies directly at the turn off (in San Carlos) for the beaches Pou d'es Lleo, Cala Boix, Cala Lleña and Cala Mastella, Es Figueral and many more.
