The Port Balansat II apartments are air-conditioned and have satellite TV, direct-dial telephone and safety deposit box. There are both 1-bedroom apartments for up to 4 persons and 2-bedroom apartments for up to 6 persons. There is a complete bathroom and a kitchenette with fridge. The spacious balconies, most with seaview, have loungers, table and chairs. |

We have just returned from a 10 day stay at Port Balanasat with our 3 children aged 9,10 and 15. The children all agree it was our best family holiday to date!
The all inclusive option is a must at 10e per day for the kids and 20e for adults. Thats all meals, snacks, drinks and alcohol, ice-creams, slush puppies,cakes etc...until 11pm every night. The food was of a good standard and varied each day.Armbands meant the children helped themselves in the restaurant whenever they needed a drink or fancied a snack.The only time the children asked for money was the odd euro for a game of pool.
The hotel is very big with 3 seperate pool areas the toddlers pool is exceptional, the best weve come across and because its fenced in its very safe for the little ones. We were away with friends and their 2 year old loved it.
The apartments are clean and spacious with a fridge which is a necessity when away with the kids. There was air con but it didnt work too great.
The beach is literally a couple of steps from the hotel and is very nice with plenty of activities such as pedal ...

We booked through the Ibiza spotlight website which was very easy and hassle free. We were really impressed with the Balansat/Torremar Apartments and Puerto San Miguel itself. We stayed in the Torremar apartments and our room overlooked the pool, which was lovely. The apartments were clean, modern and roomy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and with a choice of 3 pools and the beach on your doorstep, the children were never bored!!! We had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday and will definitely think about returning next year!!

The hotel staff were always very friendly and helpful and the entertainment provided was good but probably more geared to younger children than older teenagers. However we could access the entertainment across the road which was more lively. Sometimes the entertainment was too loud and being a small bay there was no escape from the noise. However all our teenagers enjoyed it and the sea was crystal clear, great for snorkelling apart from the day the jellyfish arrived!!
